Melody, Thank you for those very kind words.... It LOOKS like you already know who He is and are walking a great path towards Him.... I pray, wish, and hope that all people in this huge, crazy, wonderful world will come to know Him in time... It took major changes in my life, for me to realize how awesome and powerful He is and to think that I could be not be here anymore!

Hi Bruce: Miracles are so wonderful.... People who experience them have so much to live for and to let other people know about the experience that they had; either changing their life or not.... As for me, my traumatic brain injury, coma, and eventually relearning everything over again changed my life forever, in a positive way.... After my accident, I found a relationship with Jesus Christ (something that was NOT there before the accident). It's not turning your life over to become a Christian or finding a relationship with Christ. It's how you decide to live your life... YES, there are all sorts of people walking on this Planet and everyone has his or her right to live it anyway they wish... Miracles happen! As for God, being a Christian, a believer will follow and try with all their power to listen, live, and control their actions on what they see, hear, or in obeying His words to live a great life.... Yes, those are strong words to follow, but knowing the history and words from God/Jesus and the men/women who have walked/talked these words with the Lord and since then preaching allowing the history to continue for yrs and yrs so other people will hear this important news about past, present, and future and be able to live a good life without problems or other events in ones life that could change the way they live. Some people need a godly figure, me I chose God/Jesus/Holy Spirit. I see life in a different way and now their is someone in my life (no matter what). But, thank you SO much for talking to me about how you felt..... Good luck on your future and any journey that awaits you... Your friend, Rodney

I believe in miracles too. But that doesn't mean I believe in God. In my immediate family we have had 7 significant brain injuries and have been fortunate to survive them and recover somewhat. What I don't like is when there's an implicit assumption that if you pray to God long enough and hard enough that you will be blessed with a miracle. But it does not always happen that way. Sometimes miracles DO NOT happen. Sometimes when we pray for miracles we instead are given even worse experiences by God. Why do some people get miracles and others get anti-miracles? It is that question that has caused me to doubt the existence of God, at least God as we think we know him. Yes I have witnessed miracles, but I have also witnessed the opposite happening to the same people time after time after time. What just God would intentionally configure our Universe and our world in a way which permits this? Miracles happen to atheists and devout Christians, anti-miracles happen to atheists and devout Christians. Miracles are a blessed thing but they are never just granted and they don't just go to those who deserve them. Miracles are happy manifestation of the randomness of the Universe, they are placement on he 'good' side of the Bell curve. That is all they are.

God is AMAZING ! He is so wonderful, loving, caring, and an excellent listener . I recently lost my virginity, and even though we used a good condom, I was still scared. I was having PMS symptoms, but those could've also been pregnancy symptoms. I didn't think I was pregnant, but I was stressing trying to be cautious . All I could do was pray, I took a pregnancy test a few days after and the results came back negative. Thank you JESUS ! All I can do is thank Him. I know he heard and answered my prayers. I'm so grateful for a God as wonderful and as loving as Him . My God is an AWESOME GOD !
